Special reinforcement
Extra tensile capacity The standard reinforcement cages from Centrum Pæle A/S can be produced with extra and stronger reinforcement bars retrofitted manually into the cages. Special reinforcement is often used for wind turbine foundations and tall buildings for which compressive and tensile capacity is needed.
Extra stirrups Other types of special reinforcement comprise stirrups closely spaced in the entire length of the pile or with different space at the top and bottom of the pile.
Embedded parts Embedded parts are fitted into the piles according to our customer’s specifications. For instance, we have delivered piles with rock shoes, injection pipes, casings and bar anchors.
